ASEM provides the same SPC analysis tools and report options available in Applied Stats. In addition, ASEM’s “Summary All” feature reports statistics compiled from connected Applied Stats work-stations. Enterprise Monitor provides quality data when, and where, management needs it.

SPC Data at a Glance
A single ASEM station can monitor an unlimited number of networked Applied Stats workstations. This allows supervisory personnel to observe quality data at a glance from any location. This includes SPC results, alarm conditions, and operations staff logged on at a specific workstation. Users can customize the ASEM window to show just a few workstations, a full line, or an entire facility.

Real-Time Alarm Notification
Enterprise Monitor’s real-time alarm notification and alarm log provide immediate alarm information. Indicators include color coded status icons, audible alerts, and instant workstation alarm log updates.

SPC Displays
The familiar SPC analysis tools of Applied Stats are part of Enterprise Monitor. Control charts, histograms, Pareto charts, scatter diagrams, data views, and summary statistics are all available. Printing options can produce these displays as reports.

Summary Reports
The built-in Summary All feature can function with on-line workstation connection files or as an off-line reporting tool. The Summary All feature displays a compiled SPC summary for all selected files, including all filters applied to individual files or global filters applied to the entire selection.

With Enterprise Monitor, timely and accurate enterprise-wide SPC information is brought directly to the management desktop, expediting process performance monitoring and quality reporting. Color coded icons provide a visual indication of connection status, including alarms.
