Applied Stats

Applied Stats is your best choice for real-time Statistical Process Control (SPC) software. Quality control is most effective when applied at the point of production. Applied Stats lets you acquire and analyze quality metrics within your manufacturing process. Real-time SPC is the best way to control manufacturing quality.

This powerful package can immediately detect the slightest drift from optimum production values and help you analyze for cause. Applied Stats is a truly proactive approach to quality, a tool that helps you resolve problems - before they happen.

Applied Stats is designed for use in a range of industries, including electronics, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, plastics, and medical devices. ASI DataMyte is the leader in user friendly SPC and connectivity. We’ll help you realize increased productivity, efficiency, and quality, while reducing waste, rework and downtime.

Complete Data Acquisition Connectivity
Applied Stats connects to the widest array of devices in the industry - including hand gages, sensors, weigh scales, gage fixtures, probes, CMMs, PLCs, process control equipment, and ASI DataMyte data collectors. Our large library of drivers for common digital, serial, and analog devices is available to licensed users. Applied Stats also provides serial parsing capability, allowing you to create and customize data collection from any serial device.

Easy to Use Software
Recording data with Applied Stats is easy and direct. Even automated “handsfree” data collection systems are possible. Measurements are recorded and analyzed instantly, automatically displaying the resulting quality information. Workstation operators can be tracked via logins and given any subset of simple data entry and analysis screens, including flags and notes. Quality managers have access to the full analysis capability of the software and the ability to filter or lock out undesired data.

Using Open Data Base Connectivity (ODBC), Applied Stats allows seamless integration to ODBC compliant databases such as Microsoft SQL Server MSDE and Oracle. Workstation backup features insure uninterrupted data collection if the network fails and provide for automatic updates following network connection.
